Due to the great demand for its application modernization services (see modernization), QTECH is seeking individuals with 10 or more years experience in application portfolio management methodologies and tools, application rationalization, architecting applications.

We require deep experience in dealing with senior management (to at least the senior director if not CxO levels) in IT and lines of business, preparing strategies, roadmaps, rationalization / transition plans, business cases and project charters.  Should be familiar with latest trends in IT, the major application development environments (Java and / or .Net), SOA, Cloud, application and network infrastructure, databases, and major COTs applications.

Experience with any legacy technologies such as Oracle Forms, Powerbuilder, Centura (Gupta), C/C++, Delphi, Informix 4GL, Foxpro, Visual Basic would be an asset.
