Bill A.V. Pezoulas, P. Eng.
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Pezoulas founded QTECH Hybrid Systems in 1989. His engineering background and exposure to a broad range of technical environments through varied and challenging consulting assignments have provided him with a unique perspective on information technology and enterprise application development.

Through his industry experience and solid reputation, Mr. Pezoulas has recruited some of Ottawa's most highly skilled IT professionals to create and build on the vision of QTECH Hybrid Systems, and to offer quality services in the Java/J2EE environment.

Mr. Pezoulas is particularly interested in the evolving inception- elaboration- construction- transition development cycle for the Java environment, and has guided the development of the QBeans product line through several iterations. He has also led teams in applying the QBeans framework in a number of novel application domains.

Richard Brousseau
Senior Developer

Mr. Brousseau has more than 25 years of experience as a developer of software solutions in the client, server and database environments and has utilized a broad range of tools, applications and programming languages. Having worked with several early Object Oriented languages, he is a veteran applications specialist and has focused his expertise in Java technologies for the past 6 years.

Mr. Brousseau has acted as the lead expert in a number of key technologies for a variety of QTECH consulting engagements and also leads the in-house software development teams for the company's larger engagements.

In addition to a solid in-house staff of developers, QTECH also has a highly skilled team of senior level developers, which are engaged as consultants on a project by project basis. Bringing a wealth of knowledge in the IT industry, across a number of application domains, the average QTECH consultant has over 12 years experience. When combined with our full time resources, the QTECH team can offer unparalleled expertise.

Overall, the skill set of our team focuses on Java/J2EE related technologies, but also includes significant hands on experience with a variety of other current and legacy technologies.
